Q: Do you have a money-back guarantee?

A: This offer is valid within the first 30 days of receiving your product. This may not be redeemed while your product is still in transit. Please contact support to enquire about returning an unwanted product and please ensure the original box & all original packaging that came with your order is ready for return.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. You will receive an email confirmation together with a tracking number once your order leaves our fulfilment center.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Our products are made with care and are often in high demand which results in slightly longer lead times. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery within the USA. For most other countries, please allow 10-20 days for delivery.

Q: Can i change my address after i have ordered?

A: If you have misspelled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@hunterbear.com if the address is wrong and we can correct this within 24 hours. 

Q: What do i do if my item is damaged?

A: We ship every item with extreme care. Despite our greatest efforts there are around 1 in every 1000 products that arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns section here for further instruction.
